Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

24 hour cancellation notice. Less than 24 hour cancellation and client will be charged in full
Client confirms that they are physically and medically able to participate in fitness training
The Client agrees to disclose any medical conditions, injuries.medications, or limitations that may affect participation.
Client will pay in full within 24 hours
The Trainer is not a medical professional and does not provide medical advice. The client is responsible for obtaining medical clearance before starting or continuing training.
Each client will sign a liability and release form before starting training

Return and Refund Policy

This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

All purchases of personal training sessions and packages are non refundable once payment has been made.
Sessions in a package must be used within 6 months of purchase.
In the event the Trainer cancels a session, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client
Refund Exceptions: Medical reason (medical note provided), Relocation outside the service area
No- Show Policy: If a client does not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered used and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Transfers of packages are non transferable unless otherwise approved by the Trainer
